Whether you're visiting us at a market or getting doorstep delivery, Good Karma Eco Shop makes refilling simple, flexible, and low-waste. Here’s how it works:

At Markets

Come say hi at our van! You can:

1. Bring Your Own Containers

- Make sure they’re clean and dry. We'll weigh each one first to record the tare weight—so you only pay for the product, not the container.

2. Use Ours

- No containers? No problem! We offer reusable containers you can use as well as more aesthetically pleasing bottles and jars for purchase.
- Some of our reused containers may be *gasp* plastic! At Good Karma, we are all about reducing waste in any form! Plastic is only single-use if you use it once. Have an empty frozen yogurt jar destined for the landfill? Fill it with laundry detergent for a new life!

3. Shop by the Ounce

- All refill products are priced by the ounce, so you can get exactly what you need—whether it’s just a splash or a full jar.

4. Ask Questions

- Not sure where to start? We’re happy to help with product recommendations or first-time refills!

Local Delivery
Eco-friendly essentials, delivered to your door:
1. Place Your Order Online
- Select your products and choose whether you’ll use your own containers, purchase one of our Good Karma containers with the order, or borrow sanitized ones from us.
2. Leave Your Containers Out (if reusing)
- On delivery day, place clean, labeled containers outside by 9 AM.
3. We Weigh, Refill, & Return
- We’ll weigh your containers to capture the tare, refill them with your chosen products, and return them—so you’re only charged for what’s inside.
4. No-Contact Convenience
- We’ll send you a quick message when your refill is complete and your items are back at your door.
